Please read and understand our Terms and Conditions below. When sending us your deposits and registering for our culinary tours, you are agreeing to these below.
FEES: Your fee includes all hands-on cooking classes, wine tours wine tastings, seven nights accommodations on a double-occupancy basis, together with all meals and wine during the week together as a group, admission to tours and local venues as scheduled and all local transportation. A supplement is charged for single occupancy, if available. Fees for credit card usage will be accessed at 4% of transaction amount (payment made through PayPal).
DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 per person made payable to ECCO LA CUCINA is required to secure your booking. Reservation will be confirmed by email once we receive your signed copy of the booking form, together with the deposit.
FINAL PAYMENT: The balance of the fee should be received in full by Ecco La Cucina no later than 90 days prior to the start of your program. If this balance is not paid on time, we reserve the right to regard your reservation as cancelled and retain your deposit along with a cancellation fee.
CANCELLATIONS: If we receive written notice of your cancellation more than 60 days prior to your program, we will refund 50% of your total fee. If written cancellation is received 59 days or less, there will be no refund for cancelling. If Ecco La Cucina must cancel a trip for any reason, all fees, including deposits, will be returned in full. The costs of any travel arrangement you may have made will not be reimbursed.
