On July 31, 2015 Gina opened an osteria in Louisville, Kentucky – At the Italian Table.  She offers an authentic Italian dining experience with two communal tables serving dinners in an intimate setting surrounded by Italian antiques. If you can’t travel to Italy, this might be the next best thing – excellent food in a fun, festive atmosphere! Each week there are hands on cooking classes offered on Tuesday evenings.  While Gina has relocated to Louisville, she will continue to travel several times a year to Italy conducting Ecco La Cucina food and wine vacation tours and culinary tours with her sister, Mary.

Gina & MaryGina and Mary offer culinary adventures for those that want to get off the touristy track and live like a local. We love exploring the wonderful open air markets, the extensive vineyards and cantinas, small ancient hill-top villages, all the while enjoying the local food and wine. We help you explore all aspects of the Italian table during our culinary tours and give you an insider’s view of each region we visit. Living and traveling extensively in Italy has made us experts on the foods and wines of our heritage land.
