CARNEVALE DINNER – special regional Italian dishes traditional at Carnevale
Risotto di Radicchio e Barolo – brilliant red risotto w/ radicchio & Barolo wine
Lasagna di Carnevale – Napolitano: fresh pasta sheets w/ meat balls & sausage
Maiale Ripieno di Prugne e Prosciutto con Verdure del’Inverno Arrosto – pork loin stuffed w/ prune & prosciutto, w/ roasted winter vegetables

Winter Menu ~ February 9, 2015
Crostini Misti – three crostini w/ ragu, tarragon cream & cannellini bean
Ravioli diAragosta con burro timo e limone – lobster ravioli in lemon thyme butter
Porchetta con Finnocchio – roast pork belly w/ roasted carrots & fennel
Torta di mandorle e cioccolato – flourless almond & chocolate cake

Sformato di Pecorino Tartufato con Pere Arrosto – Tuscan pecorino flan with roasted pears, shallots & thyme
Tagliatelle al Ragu di Capriolo – fresh pasta ribbons with venison ragu
Qualia con Vin Santo – quail braised in Tuscan dessert wine w/ roasted winter vegetables
Cotolette di Capriolo con Sugo di Porcini – breaded deer cutlets w/ porcini sauce
