Week long Culinary Tours of Italy

Tuscany Food and Wine Tour

Our all inclusive cooking class and wine tour package gives you an in-depth experience of Italian cooking and the Tuscan way of life. Your accommodations are on a lovely olive estate just south of Siena in an 18th century villa or farmhouse renovated with care to include many of the original Tuscan architectural features. Walking trails through olive groves or cypress lined lanes give you the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of Tuscany. The culinary tour includes a full week – cooking lessons, visits to local wine and food producers, wine tours, 7 nights’ accommodations, most all meals with wine and visits to quaint local villages. During the week we will open up the world of Tuscan wines from the basics to the complexities of this varied region.

Piedmont Food and Wine Tour

We are excited to share with you one of our favorite places in Italy, the culinary treasures of the beautiful region of Piedmont.  During our 2018 Piedmont food and wine tour we will explore the fine wines of Barolo, Nebbiolo and Barbaresco and the gastronomic delights from this region including white truffles, excellent cheeses, succulent meats, stuffed pastas, hazelnuts and chocolate. You’ll learn and love Piedmont by  immersing yourself in its food, wines and culture.  The accommodations are in a beautiful villa just a stone’s throw from Alba, the heart of the Langhe region of Piedmont.
